"I am writing on behalf of the BMNA to express our warm thanks for all the work and commitment you put into the memorial project. Your advice and considerable skills were invaluable to the successful outcome. (We) were impressed and appreciative, not only of the skills and expertise which you gave to the project, but the undoubted and personal commitment well beyond the call of duty which was also given."
